How many sessions are there in the course?
The Full course has 24 main sessions. Enrolled mothers also get complimentary live sessions every month.
How do I enroll?
If you are not yet pregnant, start with the Pre-Conception course. If you are pregnant, join the Full Garbha Sanskar Course from any trimester. Pay online and your account opens the same day.
Can you help me choose?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your due date or plans and a guru from your nearest centre will guide you.
How do I attend the sessions?
All sessions are on the website and the Garbh Sanskar app, on any phone, tablet or laptop. Live sessions run on Zoom and the schedule is shared in your centre's WhatsApp group.
What if I miss a live session?
You can complete it from the recording. Recordings stay available till your delivery.
What is in the kit?
Course notes, Maths notes, the Chanakya Niti book, two picture and puzzle books, a Bhagwan photo, a jigsaw puzzle, a Ghodiya Parnu macrame kit and an art kit. The kit comes with the Full course only.
Can my husband join?
Yes, and we encourage it. The Pre-Conception course is built for both partners, and fathers are welcome in the Full course sessions too.
